The Buchstaben festival in Stuttgart was an initiative of the Merz -Akademie students who wanted to organize workshops and create new typefaces simply with inspiration of the surroundings (city, buildings, nature, furniture etc.).
In addition, the students did organize panels for 3 days, where typographers and designers held discussions about font development and answered the most important questions of the participants.
For the event and as part of a university assignment, I designed the posters, postcards and the brochure.
